The ETHS Science Lab renovation transformed an outdated physics and chemistry classroom into a state of the art learning environment. Along with the two labs, the Science Lab complex includes a Theory Center, Advanced Study Lab, Teacher Offices, and storage rooms. The existing space had an outdated layout, deteriorating finishes, and the scientific equipment was in a state of disrepair. The new furniture and layout of spaces provide the opportunity for students to gather in small or large groups. 

Strategically located between the two Science Labs are the Theory Center and Advanced Study Lab. The Theory Center offers a smaller classroom setting for up to twelve students yet it can also provide the opportunity for distance learning. The Advanced Study Lab for up to six students is an integral part of the Science Lab complex. Visual observation is provided from Teacher's offices located on either side of the lab. The Advanced Study Lab provides students with the opportunity to work one on one with the Science faculty on more advanced and independent study projects. The Science Lab renovation project provides students and teachers with exciting and stimulating environment for learning and exploration.
