• Once your project(s) have been registered and payment has been made you will receive a confirmation of your order by email and next-step instructions for accessing your Submission Form for each project reservation provided.

• Your Submission Form is where you will upload project images, descriptive text, statistical details, and contact information to be used for the awards judging process and ultimate publication in the magazine. All Submission Forms are due completed by July 9, 2026

• If you have multiple projects to enter, please complete the online entry registration form for your first project, and within the "Shopping Cart" click "Make Another Submission". Your "Shopping Cart" will continue to add project entry registrations until all your projects have been saved and payment is complete.
