Main level includes stage, orchestra pit, technical areas, black box theater, rehearsal space, kitchen, green room, and dressing rooms.

Upper Main Level. Extensive efforts promoted visibility: iterative sightline studies, staggered seating, floor dish, house depth, and sightline angles.

Balcony Level. Strategies to create balance, depth, and clarity in the performance spaces result in a clean acoustical environment.

Upper Balcony Level. Responding to capacity goals, balcony seating allows the audience to maintain an intimate relationship with the performers.

Several types of metal panels combine with brick masonry to create a vibrant first impression.

The two-level lobby space can be used for art showings, public meetings, and events catered by the on-site commercial kitchen.

The seating layout was carefully designed to allow good sight lines from perimeter seating.

In addition to the main floor level seating, stadium-style and balcony level seating allow a variety of viewing experiences.

Sight lines were carefully analyzed in the BIM model of the Center to ensure excellent viewing from any seat location.
