The modernization and expansion of Evergreen Middle School was designed to increase the building’s form and the organization enhances opportunities for formal and informal learning by providing a safe, flexible, simple, functional, durable and inspiring educational environment. The project included partial demolition and complete modernization of the existing 72,570 SF school. 26,000 SF of new space was added including classrooms, restrooms, kitchen and expanded student commons, serving 700 students grades 6-8.
